Kathy, I can see how when we lessen our expectations and preferences, patience is a natural expression as there is no tension.:) I am patient with somethings but not with others, so this is something I need to work on.
The visuals are beautiful and relaxing…

I think that’s a key…. learning to let go of expectation and preference…not so easy, but then, neither is patience. I’m trying too… I’m trying to become more aware of when I have preferences and expectations…ummmm….seems to be a lot…
And the photo….that was an incredible evening/night…..that’s in the Canadian part of Glacier National Park…from our hotel window…it was a once in a lifetime kind of view…and then a still clear night with a beautiful moon…wow…(and we didn’t have reservations!) It was really magical, quiet, calm and relaxing…the way I hope I’ll feel once I learn patience… : ) ( the next day, however, there were huge winds….the water had white caps, the wind shook the doors and windows….just a huge change….luckily we didn’t have a preference. so…. just found it interesting… : ) )

Age is a wise teacher…but Jampa?….he’s only 36 years old…I just don’t get how he has so much wisdom …especially for such a “young” age…..
