I feel a story coming on… on this topic… I went to the gas station this morning, worried about this and that, getin my day started, headed for work, thinking. I needed air for my tire so I pulled up and put my 4 quarters in the machine for air and pulled the cord to the tire and then saw the huge sign that read…”Out of order,” why did I not see such an obvious sign??? yep, too many worries.

When my mind is pulled toward my other thoughts/concerns/worries, I’m kind of amazed by the potentially obvious things that I miss…quite remarkable that I miss so much, so often….and hence….the suggestion for a wee break….perhaps a giant break might be better. I sure know that sense you had this morning…
I was just talking with Jampa about this idea a bit ago and he was suggesting that I simply get more firm with some of the worrying/thinking in my mind and say….”stop”…maybe I’ll put that page on tomorrow…or soon…it was another very early page… I thought it was on Pocket Perspectives, but I just looked and can’t find it…
