I notice this makes a huge difference for me, when I choose not to “fuse” to negative thoughts. For a long time, I felt that anticipating and considering the negatives was somehow “more true” than considering the positives. Ultimately, I’ve realized that everything — even the hardest things — have positive in them, and those are the thoughts that fuel energy, possibility and creativity.
