Life is such a learning experience. Everyday there is something to learn and let go… Encouraging study and practice is a good direction for many of us.

Yes….study and practice….with varying layers of the onion… hmmm…. the studying the mind is compared to peeling back the layers of the onion….but…but…peeling onions makes me cry….uh oh…no wonder it can be difficult 🙄
