Causes lead to effects … past, present, future … from a banana bread perspective

 Cause and effect,
past to present to future
from the perspective of  baking  banana bread

I  find it helpful to continue to reflect on “cause and effect”
and the implications of cause-effect in daily life…
realizing that cause-effect dynamic really does exist,
becoming more aware of my own intentions and motivations
learning to restrain more often from doing  “less positive” actions
(not adding  hot pepper sauce to that banana bread dough)
and to make more positive choices
( use good quality ingredients, measure carefully)
ahhh…banana bread….

so to choose carefully

Each loaf of banana bread,
( or any object, thought or feeling )
comes out of dozens, hundreds, thousands of preceding “causes”…
some “causes”  may be more obvious and apparent,
other contributing “causes” might be far more subtle and difficult to realize.

And so to keep this in mind,
not only to become more aware of effects we’re constantly creating,
but to have more awareness and understanding
of how  “effects”  are evolving out of  a multitude of contributing causes,
not separate from those causes ,
an underlying interdependence among them all
